Saleel Gharpure - Man with the plan
Saleel is the mastermind behind Srushti. Not only because it’s his brainchild, he is the instigator of all unique ideas and is keen about minute details. The man we turn to for any technical know how, everything we do is led by his laying the foundations on which we build all our work. Saleel is a passionate photographer involved in photography for a decade. Hustler himself, is involved in each process with same zeal as the new member would be. Anything and everything in Srushti has a glimpse of his charisma.
Jack of all trades
Shantanu and Govind are the stalwarts of Srushti!
They take up any errand coming their way wholeheartedly. These eager beavers are prompt in any situation, be it making a photograph print ready, arranging supplies at an odd hour or arranging snacks for our exhausted volunteers. They are spread across the expanse of the event. Turning Herculean task facile is their forte. Their ‘never say never’ attitude is what makes Srushti a runaway success.

Anuja Awate - The Alchemist
Anuja is our resident operations and research specialist and an integral part of the work that's done behind the scenes at Srushti. Whether building a list, researching prospect sponsors or connecting with our participant photographers, her role is the backbone of our brand. She creates content for social media, manages website. This live-wire personality has another side of artistic visionary and problem solver. Go-getter as she is, Anuja turns team’s ideas into reality.
